While June saw the departure of Red Dead Redemption, the next wave focuses on hidden gems. The PS Plus app's Last Chance to Play section lists all 12 games, reminding subscribers that time is running out to complete trophies. Unlike PS Plus Essential games, once these Extra titles leave the catalogue, players must purchase them to continue playing.

Get Even: An Underrated Thriller

Few of the games leaving in July are commercial heavy hitters, but one psychological thriller is worth trying. Get Even is a dark, mind-bending PS4 game described as underrated by critics. Players control Cole Black, who investigates an abandoned insane asylum under the orders of a mysterious character named Red. Released in 2017, it combines shooter, action, and puzzle elements. With a playtime under 10 hours, it is easily beatable before removal.

Roguelikes: Risk of Rain 2 and Source of Madness
