Arsenal fans will not be able to watch their pre-season clash with Real Betis via the Arsenal app or website, as both platforms are currently experiencing technical issues. The match on Wednesday will not be streamed live on either platform.
Technical problems affect streaming
The technical problems first surfaced during Arsenal's 4-1 win over Girona on Saturday. The club's website states: "Whilst we continue to work on this, Wednesday’s match against Real Betis will not be shown on either platform."
Refunds for affected supporters
All supporters who purchased a single-game package for either Girona or Real Betis, or a multi-game bundle, are entitled to a full refund. Those who bought through the website or the Android/Google Store will receive an automatic refund within five to 10 working days. Those who purchased through the iOS/App Store will need to visit a link to claim their money back.
Alternative viewing options
In the UK, the game will be streamed on Premier Sports 1, which requires a subscription. UK residents can use the discount code: ARSENAL.
