LonRes is hosting a free webinar to help estate agents use artificial intelligence (AI) to reduce administration and generate new business.
The property data platform has teamed up with Ian Preston, CEO of Greenhouse OS, for the session on Wednesday 28 October. The hour-long webinar starts at 10am and is open to LonRes members and FCS Compliance clients.
Practical AI applications for agents
Titled AI and Estate Agency: Practical Insights for Real Impact, the session will focus on practical applications of AI. Preston will explain how agents can use AI to automate administration, improve client outreach and capture out-of-hours enquiries.
He will also demonstrate agentic AI workflows and explain how to build custom AI tools. In addition, the session will explore how agents can connect property data with automated actions.
Industry leaders on AI potential
Preston said: “Without rich data and direct action, AI is just a novelty.
