Harlan Coben's The Woods Filmed in Liverpool Quarter

Faulkner Street in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter was taken over on July 21 for the production of another Netflix series, The Woods, based on Harlan Coben's 2007 novel.

Filming Location and Details

The filming took place outside Papillon, located on the corner of Faulkner Street and Hope Street. The business was closed and due to reopen at 1pm, with no signs indicating the road closure.

Liverpool has become a popular location for film crews, who regularly take advantage of what the city offers. The Woods is the latest Harlan Coben adaptation to set up production in the city, following the success of Run Away, which had scenes filmed at Minna on Lark Lane.
