Everton have confirmed further fixtures in their 2026 pre-season schedule, with trips across England, Scotland, and Germany lined up for David Moyes' side.
Pre-Season Fixtures Announced
The Blues will face Dundee, Bolton Wanderers, Stoke City, and VfB Stuttgart as part of preparations for the 2026/27 Premier League campaign. These matches sit alongside the already-announced meeting with Newcastle United at Scottish Gas Murrayfield on Wednesday, August 12.
An additional away match against German opposition, which will be a landmark men's and women's double-header, and a home pre-season fixture at Hill Dickinson Stadium are also set to be announced.
Scotland: Dundee (July 18)
Everton begin their summer programme in Scotland, facing Scottish Premiership club Dundee at Dens Park on Saturday, July 18, kick-off 2pm. The trip marks Everton's return to the home of the Dark Blues for the first time since July 2015, when they secured a 2-0 win in a pre-season friendly.
England: Bolton Wanderers (July 25) and Stoke City (July 28)
Everton travel to the Toughsheet Community Stadium to face newly-promoted Championship side Bolton Wanderers on Saturday, July 25, kick-off 3pm. The fixture will see former Everton Academy graduate Steven Schumacher, now Bolton manager, and his assistant Mark Hughes, who made three senior appearances for the Blues under Moyes.
Three days later, Everton continue preparations with a trip to the bet365 Stadium to face Stoke City on Tuesday, July 28, kick-off 7.45pm.
Germany: VfB Stuttgart (August 8)
The club then head to Germany for two fixtures, organised by Onside Sports, culminating in the match against VfB Stuttgart at the MHP Arena on Saturday, August 8, kick-off 5pm local time (4pm UK). The MHP Arena is one of the few stadiums to have hosted matches at multiple World Cups, European Championships, and European club finals.
Newcastle United at Murrayfield (August 12)
The previously-announced fixture against Newcastle United at Murrayfield takes place on Wednesday, August 12, kick-off 5.15pm. The all-Premier League clash in the Scottish capital marks both clubs' first visit to the iconic 101-year-old stadium. Tickets are now on general sale via Ticketmaster, starting from £35 for adults and £17 for under-16s, plus booking fees.
