Pat Cash Reveals Fitness Secrets at 60: Workouts & Supplements
Pat Cash's fitness secrets for staying fit at 60

Wimbledon champion Pat Cash has captivated his followers by revealing the exact methods he uses to maintain his impressive physical fitness at the age of 60. The tennis legend, renowned for being one of the fittest players during his professional career, continues to showcase a relentless dedication to health in his retirement.

The Non-Impact Workout Routine

In a recent series of Instagram posts, Cash demonstrated a key part of his fitness regime. A video depicted him promoting a 'non-impact' workout routine, designed to be gentle on the joints. He began with numerous standard standing knee raises before advancing to a more challenging variation that incorporated a twisting motion.

To complete the session, the athlete moved on to performing standing toe-touches. He captioned the clip, "A little non-impact workout to start the new week. Give this a go and get ready to take on Monday." This glimpse into his routine highlights a practical approach to staying active without placing excessive strain on the body.

Supplements and Sleep: The Recovery Protocol

Beyond physical exercise, Cash has been transparent about the daily supplements he swears by to support his aging body. He specifically highlighted the importance of Omega fatty acids 3-6-9, stating they are "really important for connective tissues and joints."

The former world No. 4 revealed that he has been engaged in what he calls "amateur... semi-professional biohacking for 40 years," a journey that began when his amino acids were first tested when he was just 19 or 20 years old. In another video, he passionately advised fitness enthusiasts on two critical areas: supplementation and sleep.

"You've gotta supplement these days... (because) the food just doesn't have what it used to have," he stated. He also emphasised that sleep is the number one thing for recovery, adding, "if you can get a good night's sleep, you can take on the world."

Life Beyond the Court

These fitness revelations come just months after Cash was spotted at Wimbledon with his new girlfriend, Charlotte Hodson, where they debuted their relationship. The tennis champion, who won Wimbledon at just 22 years old in 1987, returned to the All England Club this year, marking 38 years since his famous Grand Slam victory.

Speaking about his relationship with Hodson, Cash told The Mirror in June, "I don’t know if we’ll go down the marriage route but she’s the love of my life, that’s for sure." The pair have been together for several months, following Cash's previous relationships with Norwegian model Anne-Britt Kristiansen and TV host Tania Zaetta.

With a professional sports career spanning more than four decades, Pat Cash remains a respected voice in tennis and a genuine fitness guru, inspiring a new generation with his timeless dedication to health and wellness.
