Manchester United have completed the signing of Isaac Konde from Liverpool, wrapping up academy recruitment from the summer.
Konde, 16, turned down the opportunity to sign scholarship terms with Liverpool in favour of moving to United. The young forward can play on the left, through the middle and down the right, and he will get the chance to feature for Darren Fletcher's Under-18 side after the September international break.

United's statement confirming the move read: "Manchester United have agreed the signing of winger Isaac Konde. The talented youngster has joined after leaving Liverpool." The 16-year-old had his first taste of Under-18 football at Liverpool, featuring regularly towards the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
"Everyone at the club would like to welcome Isaac to United and wish him the very best of luck."
More youth arrivals from Manchester City
United have also signed Karim Cassim, 17, and David Eze, 16, from Manchester City. The pair will also join up with Fletcher's U18 team, who currently sit in third in the Premier League North, six points behind City.
Academy followers could see the trio in action in the FA Youth Cup this season. Fletcher has a strong squad at his disposal, with the likes of Kai Rooney and Jayce Carrick progressing, and his options have been further strengthened by the addition of the new recruits from City and Liverpool.
Enhanced signing experience
United have tweaked announcements to be slightly more theatrical to highlight the young talent they have, with sources speaking about wanting to give young players and their families "an enhanced experience" on signing day.
The new signings have received a guided tour of Old Trafford to help them understand the club's history, the role the academy plays, and how it all links to the modern day, and were presented with a club blazer.
