The telling incident occurred when a fan asked the 26-year-old if he would ever consider moving to the Emirates Stadium. Cunha's immediate reaction was to laugh, and the moment was captured on camera and subsequently shared on TikTok by user @ttflake.
This response seems to definitively rule out any possibility of the versatile attacker ever wearing an Arsenal shirt, despite previous links throughout 2025.
Summer Transfer Background
Cunha became Ruben Amorim's first summer signing for Manchester United, completing a £62.5million move from Wolverhampton Wanderers. He was joined at Old Trafford by other new recruits including Bryan Mbeumo, Benjamin Sesko and Senne Lammens.
