Jamie Laing has revealed that the pressure of trying to conceive his first child with wife Sophie Habboo caused him to struggle in the bedroom, leaving her 'raging'. The Made In Chelsea stars welcomed their son Ziggy in December and documented their journey in the Disney+ series Raising Chelsea.
Appearing on Olivia Attwood's podcast, Jamie admitted that the stress of timing ovulation led to performance anxiety. 'For some reason, every part of my being was like "don't do this" and I was like, "What's going on?" So, nothing was working,' he said. Sophie added, 'Raging, I was like, you're f*****g joking, this is f****d…'
The couple also showcased their son's nursery in their £12 million London home, featuring a Scandi aesthetic with gingham wallpaper and Mamas & Papas furniture. They described it as 'tranquil and cosy'. Their three-part series Raising Chelsea premiered on April 2, following their journey from pregnancy to birth.
Jamie, 37, and Sophie, 31, purchased their home for £4.1 million and renovated it extensively, including a £44,000 marble floor. Jamie joked about Sophie's 'expensive taste' during the process. The couple co-host the podcast NearlyParents, which attracts major advertisers.
