Noel and Liam Gallagher have performed together for the first time in 16 years at a members' club in north London, according to reports. The brothers were seen arriving at the Mildmay Club in Newington Green on Thursday, where they are believed to have filmed a promotional video for this summer's sold-out Oasis reunion tour.
According to The Sun, the pair arrived separately, stayed for just over an hour, and made enough noise to annoy local residents. The Oasis '25 tour, set to begin in Cardiff on 4 July, comes 16 years after the band's bitter split following a backstage fight at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris, and 30 years after the release of their bestselling second album, (What's the Story) Morning Glory?.
In a joint statement after the tour's announcement, the band said: "The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised." Noel confirmed to TalkSport earlier this week that rehearsals will begin soon, adding of Liam: "He's alright. He's on tip-top form. I was with him yesterday, actually."
The UK leg includes seven shows at Wembley Stadium and five in Manchester, before the tour moves to the US, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and South America. The tour has been marred by ticket scams, with Lloyds Banking Group revealing fans have lost over £2m since tickets went on sale in August 2024. The Competition and Markets Authority found Ticketmaster may have breached consumer protection law, with some fans paying over £350 for £150 tickets.
Oasis shrugged off criticism of dynamic pricing, stating they left ticketing decisions to promoters and management. When a fan complained on X, Liam replied: "SHUTUP."
