Ex-Royal Guard: Andrew with Sex Workers at Palace

A former royal protection officer has made explosive claims about witnessing Prince Andrew with sex workers at Buckingham Palace, describing behaviour that breached royal protocol and created significant security risks.

Shocking Palace Encounter

Paul Page, who served with the Metropolitan Police's Royal Protection Unit from 1998 to 2004, has revealed extraordinary details about an incident where Prince Andrew allegedly brought two women to his private quarters late at night.

In an exclusive interview with Reach PLC, Page described receiving instructions from the control room to allow a taxi carrying Andrew's "female guests" direct access to the palace quadrangle without security checks. Concerned about the potential security risk, Page and his team chose to disregard this directive and stopped the vehicle for inspection.

The former officer recalled the women wearing "very short skirts and very low cut tops" and appearing as if "they might have had a drink." Veteran colleagues immediately identified the pair as likely sex workers, an assessment Page now accepts given subsequent allegations about the Duke of York.

Unprecedented Security Breach

What happened next stunned the experienced protection officers even more than the initial arrival. After spending approximately one hour in Andrew's apartment, the women prepared to leave - but they weren't alone.

"What the idiot in the control room never told us was that Andrew was with them," Page revealed. Officers who had gathered to catch a glimpse of the women suddenly found themselves scrambling for cover, with some even hiding beneath vehicles to avoid detection.

In a complete departure from standard royal protocol, Andrew allegedly escorted the women out of the palace grounds himself. Rather than having a footman accompany the visitors off the premises as normal procedure dictated, the royal walked them directly onto Buckingham Gate.

Major Security Concerns

Page expressed serious concerns about the security implications of Andrew's actions. "He's stood out on the side of the road with these two unknown females and stayed there for about 10 minutes until he could wave a taxi down and put them in it and send 'em off," he claimed.

This behaviour represented a substantial security risk, with Page noting that "anyone could have grabbed him or seen him" during the ten-minute public appearance. The protection team remained concealed under vehicles throughout the entire episode, unable to properly secure the area.

Representatives for Prince Andrew and Buckingham Palace have been contacted for comment regarding these allegations. The claims come amid ongoing scrutiny of Andrew's associations and behaviour following his settlement in the Virginia Giuffre civil case.
