Influencer Clavicular Charged Over Alligator Shooting Video in Florida

Social media influencer Clavicular, real name Braden Eric Peters, has been charged in Florida after a live stream showed him shooting an apparently dead alligator in the Everglades. The charge, unlawfully discharging a firearm in a public place or residential property, carries a potential fine of $1,000 and possible jail time or probation.

The incident occurred during a 26 March live stream, according to legal files obtained by ABC6 in South Florida. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said it was aware of the video and was investigating.

Peters' attorney told People that the charge stemmed from following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide, adding that no animals or people were harmed. Two others, Andrew Morales and Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres, were also charged.
