Creative Risks and Album Celebrations
In a short clip shared online, Mel revealed a significant gamble taken during the production of the music video for Sweat. She explained, "We may have shot the video for Sweat before we got clearance on the sample, I mean that was a big and expensive risk to take, but it paid off." Celebrating the album's impending launch, she indulged in a custom cake featuring her face surrounded by mini dumbbells, captioning it, "Prepare to SWEAT! Two weeks to go!"
Fitness Challenges and Personal Life
Recently, Mel completed her first Hyrox competition, sharing a clip on Instagram where she showcased her toned figure in a black sports bra and shorts.
