After arriving at the basic Savannah Scrub camp, Gemma pulled Craig aside for a tearful confession, having previously appeared with him in the 2014 series. She admitted, 'No one else knows me here and I don't want them to think I'm weak.' Craig reassured her, saying, 'You're going to fit right in, just be yourself.' Gemma confessed she wants an 'earthy, woody ceremony' and likes the idea of getting married in Taormina, Sicily, but noted Rami's family are from abroad.

Gemma replied, 'I don't know otherwise how I am going to make it all work!'
