Binky Felstead's Fitness & Diet Secrets: How She Stays Toned With 3 Kids
Binky Felstead's daily fitness and diet routine revealed

Reality television star Binky Felstead has opened up about the exact fitness regime and dietary approach that maintains her famously toned physique, all while managing the hectic schedule of a mother to three young children.

From Mum to Fitness Devotee

The 35-year-old former Made In Chelsea personality told the Daily Mail that her serious fitness journey began only after the birth of her first child, daughter India, in 2017. "I never was particularly into fitness before, and never knew what this gym bug was about," Binky confessed. "Then after having India, I really kind of got into it."

That initial spark has evolved into a committed routine. She now trains four or five times each week, a habit she has seamlessly integrated into family life. To make it work, she has set up a convenient home gym in an office at the end of her garden, allowing for efficient sessions.

"I love getting up in the morning, doing a 45-minute hit or run or spin, and it sets me up for the rest of the day," she explained, crediting her trainer, James, for his guidance.

A Balanced Approach to Food and Family Life

When it comes to nutrition, Binky Felstead advocates for balance and control rather than strict deprivation. She admitted that as she gets older, she has become "more wary" of her diet, focusing on mindful eating.

"It's all about slowing down, and control. Sometimes I'm like 'argh' at times. It's about balance, all about the balance," she said. While her household loves food and gets excited about meals, Binky revealed she has never been a big chocolate fan. Instead, she prefers spicy, savoury foods.

Juggling her fitness passion with parenting sons Wolfie, four, and Wilder, two, plus daughter India, is "definitely exhausting," but she thrives on the energy. "I love a hectic household and having fun outside with my children," she added.

Managing Her Son's Severe Sesame Allergy

In a separate but deeply personal revelation, Binky detailed the ongoing challenge of managing her four-year-old son Wolfie's severe sesame allergy. The family's ordeal began in 2022 when Wolfie had a traumatic anaphylactic reaction to hummus.

She has since started a treatment known as oral immunotherapy (OIT), which involves microdosing him with tahini (sesame paste) daily to build tolerance. "He hasn't experienced anaphylaxis recently because we've actually got him on this microdosing," Binky stated.

However, she recalled a recent scare when Wolfie was run down and had a reaction, necessitating an ambulance call and hospital visit. The experience has made the family hyper-vigilant. Binky praised the NHS and emphasised the critical importance of carrying an adrenaline device and ensuring everyone knows how to use it.

"He will ask even us, which is really sweet on one hand, but heartbreaking on the other... it's so sad he has to feel like it has to go through that," she said, moved by her young son's awareness of his condition.

Binky's story highlights a modern blend of wellness dedication, family management, and navigating serious health concerns, all under the public eye.
