Jeremy Clarkson Admits Uncertainty Over Cancer Battle on Clarkson's Farm
Jeremy Clarkson Opens Up About Cancer Battle on His Show

Jeremy Clarkson has admitted he doesn't know what's going to happen after being diagnosed with cancer. The Clarkson's Farm star, 66, revealed his cancer diagnosis in the latest episodes of the Amazon Prime Video show, which was shot in 2024 and 2025. He shared the news with his co-stars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland.

Clarkson's Cancer Revelation

He did not clarify what type of cancer he had been diagnosed with, but revealed he had a portion of his prostate removed as part of his treatment. "I've got cancer," he told the pair. "Where it is, is of no concern of anybody. I've known since May. I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it's aggressive, but it's really early."

He told them: "I promise I'll be fine," but explained that "some of the treatment has gone awry". After the programme cut to Clarkson in hospital, he said: "I'm going to be here for a little while," adding: "I don't know what's going to happen."

Uncertain Future

The former Top Gear host admitted: "If this is all successful, I'll see you for season six. And if it isn't, I won't. Take care, everyone." He told Kaleb that he had "10 per cent" of his prostate eliminated through ultrasound. "The prostate, 10 per cent of it's dead," he revealed. "The 10 per cent where the cancer is."

Previous Health Issues

Clarkson's cancer diagnosis comes after he had a heart operation following a "sudden deterioration" in his health. He reflected on his heart issues in the show with Charlie, Kaleb and partner Lisa Hogan. He said: "So we started the year and I had coronary heart disease and ended it with me with cancer. We can dwell as much as we like on all the bad things that have happened on the farm but I think it is better now at the end of the year to focus on things that have happened that are good."
