Justin Timberlake Reveals Lyme Disease Diagnosis During World Tour

Justin Timberlake has disclosed that he was diagnosed with Lyme disease while on his 'Forget Tomorrow World Tour', sharing the news on Instagram Stories as the tour concluded. The singer described battling nerve pain, fatigue, and other symptoms during performances, which he initially kept private.

In his posts, Timberlake explained that he considered cancelling the tour after the diagnosis but chose to continue. 'I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling,' he wrote. He added that he was 'shocked' by the diagnosis but grateful for the experience.

The tour, which supported his album 'Everything I Thought It Was', began in Vancouver in April 2023 and ended in Istanbul on July 30, 2024. Timberlake noted that fans had observed his low energy at some shows, which he attributed to the disease's effects.
