A dog once labelled as 'the most terrified' at a US shelter has experienced what volunteers are calling a 'Christmas miracle' after a complete behavioural transformation upon meeting her new owner.
From Broken to Hopeful: Rosalind's Shelter Struggle
The heartwarming story centres on one-year-old Rosalind, a resident at BarkVille Dog Rescue. Volunteer Bruna, who filmed the emotional journey, said she "immediately fell in love" with the canine but found a deeply scared animal.
