An adorable dog named Kiki, whose distinctive wobbly walk has been compared to Forrest Gump, is searching for a forever home in the UK. The one-year-old mixed breed was found locked in a boiler room in Derventa, Bosnia, by animal control after previously living on the streets.
Kiki's back legs are slightly weak, giving her an unusual gait, but she remains a healthy and happy young dog. She would benefit from physiotherapy and gentle exercise to strengthen her legs. Weighing just 8kg, she is described as having a 'diamond temperament' and loves to curl up on the sofa or snuggle with her humans.
Fully house-trained, Kiki is content with two to three walks a day and enjoys the company of children and cats. She gets along with other dogs as long as they respect her space. Since her rescue, she has been in foster care, where her gentle nature has shone through.
