The Guardian is asking readers worldwide who have had direct experience of a recent climate event whether it changed their view of the climate crisis.
The callout seeks people who may have been sceptical or denied the climate crisis before the impact of recent global climatic events.
Have you been affected?
Perhaps you lost your home or possessions in a wildfire in the USA or Europe, or you have a mountain business impacted by glacial retreat and snow scarcity. Maybe your community, its agricultural or tourism ecosystem in parts of Asia or South America, has suffered because of floods; or perhaps the long summer heatwaves and rain-drenched winters in the UK have been life-changing.
The Guardian would like to speak to you if your experience of a climate event has changed your perception of the problem from one that did not give you cause for concern to one you are now convinced should be taken seriously.

The publication would also like to hear from people around the world who have changed their mind from worrying about climate change to scepticism.

Responses are secure, as the form is encrypted and only the Guardian has access to contributions.
