KFC fans are already drooling over the prospect of sampling the fast food chain's new limited edition menu, which launched earlier today (July 20). True to form, Colonel Sanders has added several top-quality limited edition fried chicken creations alongside a mouthwatering side and a couple of new drinks for summer.
Indian-Inspired Offerings
Despite the hot temperatures of late, KFC appears to have embraced an Indian-inspired approach to its offerings, with Tandoori Loaded Fries emerging as the latest tempting side dish. "Our Signature Fries with Popcorn Chicken, smothered with a creamy yoghurt and shallot sauce and a vibrant Tandoori sauce, topped with crispy onion," the chain describes the fries on its website.
Regarding drinks, customers can choose from two iced matchas - available in Strawberry Shortcake and Vanilla flavours.
Crispy Naans Headline the Menu
The headline attractions arrive in the shape of two crispy naans, both of which are offered as individual items, main meals and box meals. Diners can enjoy either the Creamy Original or the hotter Tandoori Zinger, about which KFC exclaims online: "Get ready for a brand-new format that's taking KFC by storm! Introducing our Crispy Naan range, packed full of tandoori-inspired flavours and fresh ingredients."
It adds: "Choose between two sensational options: the spicy Tandoori Zinger Crispy Naan with its vibrant Tandoori sauce, or the non-spicy Creamy Original Crispy Naan with a tangy yoghurt and shallot sauce. This isn't just new; it's a taste adventure inspired by the best street food, delivered straight to you!"
Tandoori Dipping Feast and Social Media Buzz
Rounding off the new range is the huge Tandoori Dipping Feast, featuring 10 or 14 succulent Tenders, two Tandoori Loaded Fries, two Regular Signature Fries, two large sides, alongside a selection of two original dips and a large bottle of drink.
New Foods UK highlighted the new additions on social media, leading one KFC lover to declare: "Now these look banging." A second individual remarked: "These look good." While a third simply expressed: "OMG."

KFC provides additional details about the Crispy Naan online, explaining: "Our new KFC Crispy Naan features two light, fluffy naan breads filled with fresh tomato, red onion, and lettuce, topped with either a crispy Original Recipe or spicy Zinger fillet, a slice of cheese, and finished with either a creamy yoghurt and shallot sauce or a vibrant Tandoori sauce."
The special menu is on offer until August 23. The new menu comes after KFC launched a pickle range back in March. The limited-edition "Pickle Mania" range ran nationwide across the UK from March 23 until April 19 this year, featuring four main items that combined KFC's classic fried chicken with tangy dill pickle flavours, including The Pickle Burger, Frickles, Pickle Loaded Fries, and Pickle Pepsi Max.
