Jeremy Clarkson Reveals Clarkson's Farm Could Film Early Due to Snow
Clarkson's Farm future: Snow could force early filming

Jeremy Clarkson has delivered a fresh update on the future of his hit Amazon Prime series, Clarkson's Farm, revealing that filming could resume imminently due to an unexpected weather event.

Snowfall Could Disrupt Filming Break

The presenter confirmed that the production team had planned to take a break. This pause was scheduled while farm manager Kaleb Cooper was in Australia filming his own series and Clarkson himself was occupied with hosting duties on Millionaire Hot Seat.

However, Clarkson stated that he made one specific condition for an early return to filming. "So we just said ok well let’s just actually wrap it…and then, I just said: ‘If it snows we’ll start filming again'," he explained.

With snow already falling across Oxfordshire, where Diddly Squat Farm is located, that condition has now been met. This means cameras could start rolling again as soon as this week, capturing the farm's challenges and beauty under a blanket of snow.

Series Six Confirmed, Series Seven in the Pipeline

In his interview, Clarkson provided reassuring news for the show's legion of fans regarding its long-term future. He confirmed that a sixth series is definitely happening, noting that Amazon is also keen to proceed.

"We'll definitely do six," Clarkson said, adding that he already has a "good idea" for the upcoming season. He suggested the show would only conclude "when there are no more ideas".

Fortunately for viewers, that point seems a long way off. The former Top Gear host revealed he currently has "two quite good" ideas for series, effectively confirming plans for both a sixth and a potential seventh season.

Fan Demand for Harriet Cowan's Return

The update on filming and future series comes shortly after fans expressed strong support for one of the show's newer stars. Harriet Cowan, who joined the series in 2025 to fill in for Kaleb Cooper, quickly became a fan favourite.

After she shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram, followers flooded the comments with requests for her to return for the upcoming fifth season. One fan directly tagged Jeremy Clarkson, writing, "How about more Harriet in the upcoming seasons? We love her!"

Others echoed the sentiment, with comments like "You were a great addition to the show, need more of you!!!" and "We need so much more of you on our TV!"

While Kaleb Cooper's return as a series regular is confirmed, Harriet's future on the show remains open. She revealed on BBC Breakfast that there are "no plans at the minute," but the door is not closed, stating, "I'm here if he needs me." She also admitted to being "shocked" by the positive public reaction to her debut.
