North Lanarkshire Council's Arts Development team is inviting people of all ages to join the new term of Arts & You classes this August, running in venues across Airdrie, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Motherwell, and Wishaw.
Wide Range of Creative Classes
The programme includes ceramics, painting, photography, music, drama, creative writing, and dance, all in welcoming, tutor-led settings designed to help participants learn new skills while enjoying the benefits of creativity.
Arts & You continues to champion evidence that participating in the arts positively impacts physical and mental wellbeing, reducing stress, improving confidence, encouraging mindfulness, and strengthening social connections.
Opportunities for All
Whether rediscovering an old hobby or trying something new, the programme offers a supportive environment for everyone, regardless of experience. Classes are available for children, young people, and adults, including pottery, drawing, community choir, guitar, inclusive music, photography, filmmaking, animation, drama, dance, and creative writing.
