A man has shared how he got revenge on his father, who kicked him out of the family home after wrongly assuming he was gay. The man, who insists he is not gay, said his dad became increasingly hostile towards him because of the way he acted, eventually forcing him to leave.

Years later, he decided to get his own back after recalling that his father lost a court case in 2022 and was ordered to pay a £5,000 fine. Sharing his story on Reddit, he wrote: "My dad assumed I was gay and just started being so nasty towards me. I'm not, but I just can't control how I act.
"Anyway, I remembered that in 2022, he lost a court case and had to pay £5,000, but the court forgot about it."
He continued: "I sent them an email recently reminding them, and they said they're recalling the case for the fine to be paid."
