Activists protesting against US Secretary of State Marco Rubio clashed with police in the Philippines on Friday as he arrived in Manila for meetings of Asean foreign ministers and regional dialogue partners.
Protesters' demands
The demonstrators called on the United States to end its involvement in regional conflicts and accused the Trump administration of fuelling tensions in the Asia-Pacific region.
