The Block's Scott Cam Reveals 2026 Set First Look

Scott Cam has given fans a first look at the 2026 season of The Block, revealing the new location as Mount Eliza on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. The 62-year-old host shared an image on Instagram of himself with co-host Shelley Craft, alongside a coastal view, captioning it: 'Mount Eliza, here we come! Next year we’re hitting the coast for another landmark build!'

Nine confirmed on Wednesday that five teams will build five $5 million homes on a block on Old Mornington Road, a high spot with stunning water views. The site, purchased from former racing driver Rusty French for just under $11 million, spans 1.35 hectares and is subdivided into 10 premium lots, with six secured for the show.

Scott flew over the site in his helicopter to inspect it, and Nine released an image of cleared land and a floor plan. The location was teased a week earlier on Fox 101.9's brekkie show, and rumours had circulated after building partners Nine in Six were spotted in branded gear at a local café.

Producers are also quietly approaching big-name talent for a potential celebrity edition, with auction proceeds tipped to go to charity. Names like Hamish Blake, Andy Lee, and Cathy Freeman have been mentioned, though it is unclear if this will be in Mount Eliza or a future season.
