I'm A Celebrity All Stars: Sinitta Hints at Viewer Delight with David Haye's Naked Shower Scene
In an exclusive revelation, Sinitta has teased that fans of I'm A Celebrity are in for a treat with a saucy moment featuring David Haye in the upcoming All Stars series. The 80s music icon, who is making a comeback 15 years after her first attempt, shared insights into a scene that promises to captivate audiences.
David Haye's Bold Return to the Jungle
David Haye, the former heavyweight boxing champion, is set to return to camp life in South Africa, marking 12 years since his initial stint in the Australian jungle. At 45 years old, Haye downplays the excitement, bluntly questioning, "Doesn't everybody shower naked?" when discussing a shower scene that puts his bum on full display.
He elaborated on the necessity of nudity in the jungle, stating, "When you're in the jungle and you're doing these trials, and you've got sludge, you've got maggots, you've got all these creepy crawlies in every crack and crevice of your body, you need to get under the shower butt naked... It's my a***. They've seen it before. It's 12 years older now, so it might not be as taught as it was back in 2012."
Tougher Trials and Production Power Moves
Haye admitted that this year's challenges were significantly harder compared to his 2012 experience. He recalled, "The first time I did it, it felt it was very easy for me. The trials weren't that hard at all. And I think I was quite vocal about that going into it [this time], like [I was] wanting a bit of a challenge. And they turned up the heat. They really did." This suggests that ITV bosses have ramped up the difficulty to keep the All Stars edition engaging and intense.
Sinitta's Camp Confessions and Contraband Capers
Sinitta, 62, shared her own behind-the-scenes antics, revealing she smuggled contraband into camp to boost morale. She said, "Last time I had salt that I managed to take from the trolley on the planes. But this time, I took coffee as well, because they kept us in these little lodges before we went in, and there were sachets of coffee by the kettle. And I was like, 'Ooh', and I kept trying not to look at them. And then they jumped into my bra."
Surprising Dynamics with Gemma Collins
Ahead of the launch show on Monday, April 6, both stars discussed Gemma Collins, who exited the show after just three days a decade ago. David Haye admitted he initially didn't have "high hopes" for Gemma and noted some early friction. However, he praised her resilience, saying, "She doesn't have an ounce of quit in her at all. So whatever she did the first time around, she obviously looked back and thought 'I'm gonna give it everything'. And fortunately for the show, she did, because she was part of some real, real heavy challenges that she should be proud of herself."
Personal Pressures and New Crushes
Sinitta opened up about the pressure she felt from her family, particularly her two adopted children, Magdalena and Zac. She admitted, "There was more pressure because they [the kids] were like, 'don't come home and say you just went out of everything'." David reassured her, saying her family would "be proud for sure."
Additionally, Sinitta confessed to developing a new crush during her time in South Africa, revealing, "Harry Redknapp, he's now like literally my official crush."
The All Stars edition of I'm A Celebrity promises a mix of nostalgia, drama, and unexpected moments as it returns to ITV1 and STV.
