The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to return to the UK this month, six years after stepping down as senior royals and moving abroad. A royal insider has revealed that Prince Harry's desire to show his children where he grew up was the primary driver behind the decision.
Relocation Details
Harry and Meghan will make their home in a non-royal residence outside of London and have already enrolled Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in schools. There will be no change to the couple's role and status as private individuals and non-working members of the Royal Family.
The news followed a reunion between the Sussexes and King Charles in July, when the monarch saw his grandchildren in person for the first time in four years. Harry may have pushed for the relocation after that trip.
