"I worked with Grayson back in 2017 for a very short moment, so to see his face was really comforting as well," she said. "Just to think, 'Oh my god, I know someone in this experiment, we’re both going through the same thing', it was a bit of a comfort blanket."
She clarified that their interaction was limited to just two months, and they had not seen each other since, but his presence provided a sense of reassurance during the intense filming process. Grayson McIvor was paired with bride Julia Vogl by the MAFS experts, but their relationship has since ended due to communication issues.
