Coronation Street fans think they know where Jodie Ramsay is after hospital disappearance
Corrie fans 'rumble' Jodie Ramsay's whereabouts after hospital vanishing

Coronation Street viewers are convinced they have worked out where Jodie Ramsay has gone after she vanished from hospital following a dramatic gun showdown. Jodie (Olivia Frances-Brown) first appeared on screens in January during the Corriedale crossover episode, later arriving in Weatherfield where she revealed herself as the previously unknown half-sister of Shona Platt (Julia Goulding).

Since then, Jodie has been at the centre of considerable turmoil, pilfering items from fellow cobbles residents including a firearm, and launching an attack on Sarah Platt (Tina O'Brien) on the evening of Theo Silverton's (James Cartwright) murder. More recently, she set her sights on sister Shona and her newborn baby Harper, subjecting Shona to a series of cruel psychological games.

Dramatic climax and hospital disappearance

Matters reached a dramatic climax last week when Jodie's web of deceit unravelled, culminating in a tense standoff involving Jodie, David (Jack P. Shepherd) and Shona, which left Jodie with a gunshot wound, reports the Daily Star. Jodie was swiftly taken to hospital and fortunately pulled through. While David was eager to see the back of his troublesome sister-in-law, a remorseful Shona resolved to keep her younger sibling in her life.

However, upon returning to the hospital to speak with Jodie, Shona discovered her sister had vanished. A member of the nursing staff informed her that the patient had discharged herself.

Fans point to Emmerdale's Graham Foster

Fans are now convinced they know what has become of Jodie, and they believe it involves a familiar Emmerdale face. On a Coronation Street Facebook fan page, one viewer wrote: "Looks like Graham has taken Jodie," referring to Emmerdale's Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough).

Viewers will remember that Jodie and Graham first appeared together during the Corriedale crossover, in which Jodie was found bound in the back of Graham's van. It subsequently emerged that Graham had been hired by a dangerous gang to dispose of Jodie.

Anticipating yet another crossover, other fans rallied behind the theory, as a second person penned: "I'm sure Graham has come got her in his van!". A third commented: "I hope so!!!!!! And don't bring her back." While a fourth added: "That would be good."

Coronation Street airs Monday to Friday at 8:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
