Chloe Radford is left emotional in the upcoming episode of 22 Kids and Counting as she adapts to caring for her newborn son, Bodhi, and fears she may be struggling with postnatal depression.
The Channel 5 reality show, which follows Britain's largest family, has returned with a new series as viewers catch up with Noel and Sue Radford and their 22 children over the past year. The family first appeared on television in the 2012 Channel 4 series 15 Kids and Counting, and cameras have documented their growing family ever since.
Newborn Bodhi's constant crying pushes Chloe to breaking point
In the forthcoming episode, set to air on Sunday (October 11), Chloe and her partner Jacob Wallace struggle with their new arrival, Bodhi, as the newborn continuously cries. After a visit to the doctor, the baby is confirmed to be healthy, but Chloe remains frustrated and emotional.
In a teaser clip shared to Instagram, Jacob tells the camera: "It's an absolute nightmare, crying constantly, waking up all the time, and Chloe's bursting into tears."
Chloe then adds: "I may be struggling with postnatal depression," before sharing her concerns for Bodhi: "I think he's in pain." Chloe and Bodhi are seen in a hospital waiting room as she tearfully adds, "I just feel guilty."
Fans show support for the new parents
Channel 5 captioned the clip: "Baby Bhodi won't stop crying. Although doctors say he's fine, Chloe is convinced something is wrong. Exhausted but refusing to give up, will she get to the bottom of the problem?"
Fans rushed to the comments section to show their support, with one writing: "Oh bless you xx Bhodi hope he's okay." A second added: "I feel this so much, had colic baby, and the newborn stage just gets ripped from you x," while a third commented: "My first was like that, but 40yrs ago I had zero help, zero ppl to ask and dr just looked at you like (confused emoji)."

Chloe and Jacob welcome Bodhi
Chloe and Jacob welcomed Bodhi into the world in April 2025, with Chloe sharing the news with fans on Instagram: "Bodhi Reign. 28th April 2025. 6lb 6oz of pure perfection. Here's to life as a family of 4!!! My heart is so full."
