Priscilla Presley has issued a furious denial following explosive and unproven claims in a $50 million lawsuit that her granddaughter, actress Riley Keough, is the biological mother of John Travolta's youngest son.
Explosive Allegations in a Bitter Legal War
The sensational allegations form part of a bitter courtroom battle involving the Presley family. They were made in a newly-amended breach-of-contract lawsuit filed by Priscilla's former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, and obtained by the Daily Mail.
The legal documents, submitted on Tuesday, 16 December, name both Priscilla Presley and her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, as defendants. The filing contains a series of incendiary claims attributed to alleged statements by third parties, which have been vehemently denied.
Central to the allegations is the claim that Riley Keough, 36, allegedly donated her eggs to John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, enabling the couple to welcome their son, Benjamin, in 2010. If true, this would make the 15-year-old boy the great-grandson of music icon Elvis Presley.
Denials and 'Crazy' Claims
The lawsuit further alleges that Keough's late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had also previously donated eggs to help Preston conceive. Lisa Marie's ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, is repeatedly referenced in the document as the alleged source for several of these claims.
According to the filing, Lockwood allegedly told Kruse that Preston 'had been unable to bear her own children' and that the couple had previously used Lisa Marie's eggs. The complaint presents no medical documentation to support these assertions.
When contacted by the Daily Mail, Lockwood flatly denied any knowledge of the allegations tied to him, stating, 'That just sounds crazy. I have not heard anything about it.'
The amended complaint goes further, alleging the Travoltas approached the Presleys again in 2010—a year after the tragic death of their eldest son, Jett, aged 16. It claims Travolta was seeking to salvage his career amid historical allegations of sexual misconduct, which he has long denied.
Shockingly, the filing also alleges Lockwood claimed the Travoltas later decided against using Lisa Marie's eggs, allegedly stating they did not want 'eggs with heroin' on them—a cruel reference to her reported struggles with opioid addiction. Instead, the suit claims, Keough provided her eggs.
Furious Rebuttal and Wider Legal Battle
Priscilla Presley's legal team responded with a blistering statement, condemning the actions of her former associates. 'Brigitte and her co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,' the statement read.
It continued, 'These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case.' The statement accused Kruse and Fialko of acting in a 'shameful' manner after losing multiple motions in the case.
The lawsuit also makes other extraordinary claims, alleging Keough was 'given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000–$20,000' for the alleged egg donation arrangement, which it claims required sign-off from the Church of Scientology and Priscilla's oversight. Representatives for both John Travolta and Riley Keough have not yet commented publicly.
These biological parentage claims are just one component of a broader lawsuit. Kruse and Fialko are primarily suing Navarone Garcia for alleged contract breaches and interference with business ventures tied to Priscilla Presley's brand.
In a statement, the plaintiffs' representative, Jordan Matthews, said his clients were 'heartbroken' to have to file the amended complaint but were confident 'the truth will prevail.' Priscilla Presley has denied all allegations made by her former associates.
