He led the group through a gospel and rock-inspired set, taking on lead vocals and guitar duties. The impressive lineup for the night also featured US singer Brake, Australian country music icon Troy Cassar-Daley, industry legend Marcia Hines, and Irish performer Lorraine O'Reilly.

This public reunion follows recent candid revelations from Danielle Spencer about the emotional aftermath of their 2018 divorce. "It's really sad breaking up with somebody that you've known for so long, that you've had children with," she told host Sarrah Le Marquand. Spencer described feeling responsible for fracturing the family unit but emphasised she believed the separation was necessary.
