The 56-year-old Bronx-born pop diva flexed her etched six-pack while clad in a plunging white-ribbed cropped sweater over a black sports bra, matching low-rise leggings and white sneakers. Lopez, who boasts 392.6 million social media followers, captioned her Instagram posts with a bicep emoji and wrote: 'Rise and grind!'
Tracy Anderson's Praise
The four-time divorced mother-of-two's longtime trainer Tracy Anderson commented: 'Those abs!!!' In 2023, Lopez presented the outstanding achievement in fitness trophy to the 51-year-old fitness guru at the 5th Annual Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles, California. 'Tracy Anderson stands out as the original creator whose methods and dedication to her craft keep her at the top of her game,' the Save Me Tonight singer said in her speech. 'There is no madness to the method - just 25 years of pure dedication to her clients and health.'
According to Town & Country, Anderson charges a $1,500 initiation fee plus annual dues for VIP access to her gyms where celebrity clientele includes Olivia Wilde, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Victoria Beckham. Lopez, who has also trained with Dodd Romero and David Kirsch, shared her fitness philosophy in a prior gym slideshow from February 10: 'The goal is simple. Better than yesterday. Every. Single. Day.'

The two-time Grammy nominee executive produced and starred as Air Cruz CEO Jackie Cruz opposite her 'best onscreen kisser' Brett Goldstein in Ol Parker's rom-com Office Romance, which premieres June 5 on Netflix. The 45-year-old Englishman co-wrote the script with Ted Lasso co-creator Joe Kelly, and he portrays the sexy lawyer Daniel Blanchflower, who falls for Cruz despite her rigid anti-fraternization policy.
