Viewers of The One Show were left amazed by Shania Twain's youthful appearance as she appeared on the BBC programme on Wednesday. The country music star, who turned 60 last year, joined hosts Alex Jones and Angellica Bell to discuss her new album.
Fans took to social media to express their disbelief at how young the singer looked. One viewer posted a picture of Twain on X with a hearts-in-eyes emoji, while another asked, 'Does Shania age?' A third commented, 'She’s looking good for 60 and her lips still move.'
During the interview, Twain spoke about her latest album, Little Miss Twain, describing it as a love letter to her late mother, who died in 1987. She said, 'It is very sad that my mother didn't live long enough to see my success. Her dream was always that I would be a childhood country star, but that wasn't meant to be.'
The singer, known for hits like You're Still the One and That Don't Impress Me Much, added, 'I really miss not having her around for now these days here and just to be able to buy her a new car.' Twain is set to perform at Wembley later this month.
