Maya Hawke and Brother Levon Twin at Prada Show, as Ethan Hawke Opens Up on 'Regret'
Maya & Levon Hawke's Milan Outing Amid Dad's Candid Regret

Hollywood siblings Maya and Levon Hawke made a stylish appearance together at the Prada show during Milan Fashion Week on Sunday, presenting a united front that strongly echoed their famous parents.

A Chic Sibling Duo on the Front Row

The Stranger Things star Maya, 27, arrived hand-in-hand with her younger brother, actor Levon, 24, for the prestigious Men's Autumn/Winter 2026 runway presentation. The pair coordinated their looks with a chic, understated elegance that turned heads on the front row.

Maya paired a mini skirt with a long grey jacket, accessorising with socks and loafers, while Levon opted for a brown leather jacket layered over a turquoise sweater. As they posed for photographers, their resemblance to their Oscar-nominated parents, Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, was unmistakable. The actors were married from 1998 until their divorce in 2005.

The star-studded event also saw attendance from other notable figures including Nicholas Hoult and Wallis Day.

Ethan Hawke's Candid Reflections on Fatherhood

The fashionable sibling outing comes just days after their father, Ethan Hawke, offered a remarkably candid and regretful perspective on Maya's upbringing in the spotlight. Speaking in a Variety and CNN Actors on Actors interview published on Thursday, the 55-year-old actor reflected on the challenges of raising a child in the public eye.

'There were a lot of things about her childhood that were really, really hard and complicated, and things I regret for her,' Hawke confessed to his interview partner, Sydney Sweeney. While he did not elaborate on specific details, he emphasised that he always recognised his daughter's artistic destiny.

Hawke recalled how Maya's creativity was her sanctuary, noting her childhood passion for 'water-colouring, dancing, singing'. He shared a poignant anecdote from when Maya was around 13, where a teacher asked if she was happy. 'Do you really think that's the question?' Maya reportedly replied, later telling her father, 'I think there's a lot more interesting questions than whether I'm happy or not. Am I happy? No. But I don't aspire to be happy.'

'I never worried about her going into the arts, because I knew that was gonna save her life,' Hawke concluded, expressing immense pride in the artist she has become.

Fashion Week Kick-Off and Career Paths

The Prada show marked a key moment in the global fashion calendar. Men's Fashion Week in Milan heralds the first runway shows of the A/W 2026 season. The fashion crowd will next decamp to Paris later this month, before New York hosts the first womenswear runways for the same season in February.

Professionally, Maya Hawke is best known for her role as Robin Buckley in Netflix's global phenomenon Stranger Things. Her film credits include Once Upon A Time In Hollywood (2019) and Maestro (2023). Brother Levon most recently appeared in the awards-season favourite Marty Supreme and starred in Zoë Kravitz's directorial debut Blink Twice.
