Nicole Scherzinger's Vogue Greece Photoshoot Showcases Athletic Prowess
Nicole Scherzinger, the 47-year-old singer and performer, has captivated audiences with a stunning photoshoot for Vogue Greece's April edition. The feature arrives just ahead of the highly anticipated reunion of the Pussycat Dolls, where Scherzinger will take centre stage alongside fellow members Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts.
Glamorous Gowns and Athletic Displays
In the series of dramatic images, Scherzinger models an array of flowing dresses, with one design boasting a daring thigh-high split that highlights her long, toned legs. The singer demonstrated remarkable athleticism by dropping into full splits for several dance-inspired shots, showcasing both her flexibility and her enviable figure.
A wind machine added cinematic flair to the photoshoot, blowing Scherzinger's long raven tresses and the fabric of her dramatic gowns to create movement and intensity. For the magazine's cover, she slipped into a figure-hugging purple dress that again featured a revealing split, completing the glamorous aesthetic with minimal makeup and her dark locks worn loose.
Reunion Controversy and Excluded Members
The photoshoot coincides with mounting controversy surrounding the Pussycat Dolls reunion, as former member Jessica Sutta has publicly addressed her exclusion from the comeback tour. Sutta, along with founding members Carmit Bachar and Melody Thornton, were not invited to participate in the reunion, which has sparked considerable discussion within the entertainment industry.
During an appearance on The Maverick Approach podcast, Sutta revealed that she and the other excluded members were "blindsided" by the reunion announcement. "None of us were called. None of us were told about anything. In fact, we were blindsided," she stated emphatically.
Personal Grievances and Political Dimensions
Sutta expressed personal disappointment, particularly criticizing Wyatt and Roberts for not reaching out to her following the death of her mother. "I thought we were all friends, but that's how it goes in Hollywood," she remarked with evident bitterness.
While confirming that Scherzinger did attempt to contact her directly on the day the reunion was announced, Sutta admitted she has no intention of returning the call. "Nicole did call me. I didn't answer. I don't plan to call her back," she declared, though she maintained respect for Scherzinger's artistic achievements.
The former Pussycat Doll suggested her exclusion might be linked to her political views, describing the reunion as a "cash grab" and noting her alignment with figures like Bobby Kennedy, which she associates with MAGA politics. "I was a liability. I align with Bobby Kennedy, which is aligning with MAGA," Sutta explained, while clarifying she doesn't support all of Donald Trump's policies.
Awkward Interview Moments and Future Uncertainty
The reunion drama surfaced publicly during an awkward interview on the Today show, where co-host Craig Melvin directly questioned Scherzinger about the lineup changes. Visibly flustered, Scherzinger struggled to formulate a coherent response, stammering, "Well, I mean, listen, we are just... we are like... we are so... as women today, I mean."
Kimberly Wyatt intervened to explain that the Pussycat Dolls lineup has always been "ever-changing," adding confidently, "This is what it looks like in 2026. You never know what comes next. We've got to protect our peace."
Despite the controversy, Sutta has extended well wishes to the touring trio, acknowledging her own health issues from the Covid vaccine as a reason she was "never" planning to return. The Vogue Greece issue featuring Nicole Scherzinger will be available from April 1st, offering fans a glamorous preview before the Pussycat Dolls' reunion tour commences.
