Eighties Pop Icon Nathan Moore Hospitalised After France Performance
Eighties pop legend Nathan Moore has been rushed to hospital in France, sparking significant concern among his fanbase. The 61-year-old Brother Beyond star shared distressing images from an A&E ward following a performance with 90s group Worlds Beyond in Martigues.
Worrying Hospital Photos and Apology to Fans
The singer posted photographs showing himself wearing a hospital gown and connected to medical equipment via a cannula. In captions accompanying the images, Moore apologised to fans for his recent performance where he had to remain seated on a chair throughout the show.
"Please excuse me for dancing sitting on a chair in Martigues," Moore wrote. "Unfortunately after the show I spent the night in the hospital."
He expressed gratitude to the medical staff who treated him, stating: "A big thank you to the entire medical team of Martigues, who were so kind." Despite hoping to recover partially for his next scheduled performance in Montpellier, Moore admitted he would be unable to dance properly.
Concerning Video Message Reveals Health Struggles
After being discharged from hospital, Moore shared an even more worrying video message on Instagram. Wearing a dressing gown, the visibly distressed singer made a heartfelt plea for assistance.
"Honestly I need help, I don't know what's happened to me," Moore revealed. "I'm someone that has so much energy but now I can't even walk, I'm so upset, I just don't know the answer."
The singer described his journey home as "interesting" and admitted he was "really struggling" and uncertain about his ability to perform the following week.
Fan Reactions and Support Messages Flood In
Concerned fans immediately responded to Moore's posts with messages of support and urgent medical advice. Many urged the singer to seek immediate professional healthcare assistance.
One fan commented: "Please seek medical help urgently. Sending hugs darling."
Another supporter wrote: "First don't be sorry. You're active and full of life, it's bound to hit you hard. Seriously, you can do this though - you can! I don't know who you've seen but get to a really good physio."
A third message expressed: "I'm so sad to see you like this, Nathan. I hope you'll be okay. Get some rest and take time for yourself, so you can come back stronger. We love you very much."
Musical Legacy and Career Background
Nathan Moore first rose to prominence as a member of pop rock group Brother Beyond, best known for their 1988 chart hit The Harder I Try. He later joined 90s boyband Worlds Apart, which achieved particular success in the French music market.
The singer's health concerns have emerged during what should have been a celebratory period of performances, highlighting the physical demands that continue to affect veteran performers well into their careers.
