Molly-Mae Hague's Therapy Journey to Heal Trauma and Rebuild with Tommy Fury
Molly-Mae Hague's therapy to heal trauma and rebuild relationship

Reality TV star turned businesswoman Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about undergoing intensive therapy to process past trauma, as she takes the major step of moving back in with her fiancé, boxer Tommy Fury.

A Fresh Start After a Painful Split

The 26-year-old, who shot to fame on Love Island in 2019, is now living with Fury again. This move comes after the couple's highly publicised split in August 2024, amidst cheating rumours that Fury has consistently denied.

In the newly released final episodes of her Prime Video documentary series, 'Behind It All', Hague shares her emotional journey. A month before the relocation, she sought help from somatic therapist Rebecca Jax to work through the lingering pain from the breakup and her anxieties about fully committing.

Confronting Fears and Past Trauma

Hague admitted to the camera that her previous breakup remains a significant source of trauma. "I'd say my biggest trauma would be like my breakup that happened last year," she confessed. She expressed specific worries about Fury being around alcohol, which had caused issues in the past, and described the move as feeling like "putting all my eggs in one basket."

The documentary shows her travelling for a private retreat with therapist Rebecca Jax. After initial moments, Hague requested the cameras be turned off to engage fully with the process. "I wanted to go and actually give it my all," she explained in reflection.

The Path to Healing and a 'Better Version' of Herself

The therapy sessions proved transformative. Hague stated they helped her unlock and address deep-seated issues affecting her confidence. "I was coming out with things and saying things in there that like I've never really said or spoken about," she revealed.

Her goal was clear: to enter this new chapter as an improved partner and mother to their daughter, Bambi. "I actually want to feel like it's a better version of me going over there, better mum, a better partner... just happier and lighter," Hague said.

The series concludes with removal men packing her belongings, marking the emotional move. While tearful about leaving her home, Hague appears resolute. Her relationship with Fury is shown to be much improved, with playful FaceTime calls and flirting captured on camera.

"I'm really proud of myself for, like, taking the time to work on me," she said, feeling positive about the future. "I think it's gonna be our best chapter yet."

The second series also touches on her business ventures, including her Maebe fashion brand and a collaboration with Adidas on a trainer range. Episodes 4-6 of 'Molly-Mae: Behind It All' Series 2 launched exclusively on Prime Video on Friday, January 16, 2026.
