Jeremy Clarkson's Girlfriend Lisa Shares Update After Cancer Diagnosis
Lisa Hogan Thanks Supporters After Jeremy Clarkson Cancer News

Lisa Hogan, the partner of Jeremy Clarkson, has expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming support following the revelation that the former Top Gear host has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Clarkson, 66, shared the news in the latest episodes of his fifth-season series Clarkson's Farm, describing the disease as “aggressive” but detected early.

The TV presenter also disclosed that he underwent surgery to remove part of his prostate. The series concluded with him stating that he experienced complications during treatment. Footage showed Clarkson in a hospital bed, saying: “So we started season five with me in a hospital bed and we are at the end of season five and I’m back in a hospital bed. Some of the treatment has gone awry, let's say, I’m going to be here for a little while. I’m nil by mouth, I don't know what's going to happen.”

Irish actress Lisa Hogan, who has been dating Clarkson since 2017, shared a photo on her Instagram story of the presenter sitting in a garden chair using a camera. Over the image, she wrote “back at the farm,” indicating their return home after she attended the second day of Royal Ascot in Berkshire. She also posted a screenshot of Prostate Cancer UK’s Instagram post thanking Clarkson for sharing his diagnosis, stating it would raise “vital awareness.” Hogan added on her Story: “Thank you for all the support today.”

Earlier in the series, farmhand Gerald Cooper had revealed his own prostate cancer diagnosis, later announcing he was cancer-free in 2024. In the final episode, Clarkson referenced this, saying they could “now share medical war stories.” He described his catheter experience as “the worst.” This diagnosis comes nearly two years after Clarkson underwent a heart procedure to fit two stents, after which his doctor advised him to stop working and replace work with golf.
