Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona has erupted in a fiery defence of her 19-year-old son, Romeo, after he became the target of vicious online body-shaming trolls.
The furious mum-of-five took to her Instagram Stories to confront the bullies head-on, branding them 'jealous' and 'sad' for their cruel comments about her son's physique.
'He is perfect just the way he is!' Katona declared passionately. She revealed the trolling had left her deeply upset, questioning why anyone would feel the need to attack a 'beautiful young man' who is 'happy and healthy'.
In a powerful message aimed directly at the critics, she stated: 'If you've got nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. It's pathetic, it really is.'
This isn't the first time the reality TV personality has had to shield her children from public scrutiny. Kerry has long been a vocal advocate against online bullying, often using her platform to call out negativity and promote body positivity for her kids and fans alike.
Her loyal followers were quick to flood the comments with support, praising her for standing up for her family and condemning the unnecessary hate.
