Kelly Brook's Jungle Nightmare Revealed by Heart Colleague Toby Anstis
Kelly Brook's Jungle Nightmare Revealed by Toby Anstis

Heart Radio presenter Toby Anstis has shared intimate details about his colleague Kelly Brook's greatest fears as she enters the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle. The 45-year-old model and broadcaster joined the reality show on Sunday alongside fellow celebrities including Aitch, Jack Osbourne, and Martin Kemp.

Kelly Brook's Worst Jungle Fear Exposed

According to Anstis, who spoke with the Mirror, Brook's primary concern wasn't the creepy crawlies or the hunger, but something far more specific. 'The main concern for her was having to eat those horrible things, and she was hoping not to do that, that's her worst nightmare,' he revealed. Fortunately for Brook, she missed Monday's eating trial, 'The Divey,' leaving the repulsive culinary challenges to campmates Angry Ginge and Ruby Wax.

Despite this fear, Anstis expressed strong confidence in his friend's performance, predicting she would reach the final three. 'I think she'll be really popular on it, and be in the last three. I think it will be her, Martin Kemp and Angry Ginge,' he stated, describing Brook as 'bonkers.'

Unorthodox Preparation and A Costly Mistake

Anstis also shed light on Brook's unusual preparation for jungle life. He recalled a recent encounter where she was eating a sausage roll, explaining, 'Toby, I'm getting ready for starving in camp.' Anstis admitted he advised against this strategy, suggesting she should instead be 'training your tummy not to want food,' but acknowledged her love for junk food is something many can relate to.

However, Brook's jungle journey hit an immediate snag during the very first challenge on Sunday evening. Her choice of attire—a very plunging animal-print jumpsuit—proved disastrous for the critter-infested trial. After losing a place in a luxury car, Brook, alongside Martin Kemp and Shona McGarty, was relegated to the 'Cockie Van.'

Cleavage Catastrophe in Critter Cage

The six celebrities in the van, including Alex Scott, Ruby Wax, and Lisa Riley, were tasked with fishing for keys through a cage swarming with cockroaches and worms to earn their dinner. As the insects rained down, Brook's revealing outfit became a major liability.

'Oh my god they're right in my t***,' Kelly yelled in terror. The situation escalated as Alex Scott squealed, 'They're all down my bloody bra!' while Brook screamed, 'Oh my god, they're biting my t***!'

Viewers watching at home quickly took to social media platform X to comment on the unfortunate fashion choice. One user wrote, 'Reckon this will be the first time Kelly Brook will regret having a great cleavage!' Another added, 'Kelly Brook making sure her cleavage is out, enjoy the 500 insects in there I guess.' A third viewer simply joked, 'Why was the insects only hitting Kelly Brook in that van.'

Despite the rocky start and her dread of the eating trials, Toby Anstis's prediction suggests that Kelly Brook's popularity and resilience could see her become one of the 2024 jungle favourites.
