Former glamour model Katie Price has candidly described her current life as 'sad and lonely' following significant personal changes made after a severe health crisis.

'It is a sad, lonely world,' Price confessed. 'You question the friendships - why are they actually your friend? There are a lot of trust issues.'

In a decisive move toward self-preservation, Price made sweeping changes to her friendship group. 'After my breakdown, I got rid of anyone in my life who I had a question mark against,' she stated emphatically. 'It's the best thing I ever did.'
This cleansing process extended to her living situation as she also moved house, ultimately leaving her with just 'a handful of friends' including fellow reality star Kerry Katona.
