The ex-special forces soldier, who starred in the programme, fears that some contestants may not be physically or mentally prepared for the extreme challenges they face.

"Some of these celebrities aren't cut out for it," he warned. "The conditions are brutal, and if you're not properly prepared, you could end up seriously hurt."
