Harry Clark on Celebrity SAS Exit and Mental Health

Harry Clark, the winner of The Traitors series two, has revealed that his experience on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins left him 'broken mentally and physically'. The 23-year-old former Army engineer was among 14 celebrities who endured a condensed version of SAS selection in Wales.

Speaking about the ordeal, Clark said: 'I sum up the whole experience as confusing because the course broke me physically and mentally. But that was actually the kick I needed and the experience I needed at that time.' He described it as a 'growing point' that taught him that 'not everything goes perfectly to plan'.

Clark, who served in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers as an avionics technician, said he hoped the show would help him 'find himself' after entering the entertainment industry. He added: 'I was hoping that Celebrity SAS would be an experience that would sort of put me on the right path, on the right track.'
