Celebrity Traitors Final: Alan Carr and Cat Burns Vow to Steal Charity Prize

The final of the BBC's Celebrity Traitors is set to air next week, with Alan Carr and Cat Burns attempting to outwit the remaining faithfuls for a charity prize of at least £67,500. The duo declared themselves “traitors for life” and vowed to steal the money from under the noses of the faithfuls.

In Thursday's episode, actor Celia Imrie was murdered in plain sight by Alan at a dinner party. A heated round table discussion followed, resulting in TV host Kate Garraway receiving the most votes and being banished. The final five are Alan, Cat, and faithfuls David Olusoga, Joe Marler, and Nick Mohammed.

Joe Marler has developed a theory that both Alan and Cat are traitors, urging Nick and David to watch them closely. He said: “I'm convinced it's Alan and Cat and I play a very dangerous game of remaining very close to them.” Host Claudia Winkleman informed the remaining players that in the final, no one will reveal if they are a traitor or faithful upon leaving.

Alan and Cat discussed their strategy in the castle turret, with Alan expressing concern about Nick Mohammed, who voted for Cat at the recent round table. Cat suggested they split the money if it comes down to the two of them, to which Alan agreed, saying “Traitors for life.” The extended 70-minute final airs next Thursday at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
