Holly Willoughby: Dan wants sexier bras, not tea-coloured ones
Holly Willoughby reveals Dan's plea for sexier bras

Holly Willoughby has revealed the plea she received from husband Dan Baldwin. The former This Morning host, 45, has been urged by her man to wear sexier lingerie. And he's asked her to make sure it "isn't the colour of a cup of tea".

Jokes about her underwear drawer

The former This Morning star joked some of her current underwear is "older than my kids". Speaking on her YouTube show Together to Alex Jones, Holly confessed she no longer owns any suitable lingerie.

Instead, she said any she still has are at the back of the drawer because they no longer fit.

She told The One Show presenter: "I've got bras that are older than my kids. Dan said to me the other day, he went: 'Are we going to get any bras that aren't the colour of a cup of tea? Is there any others that exist?' No, there aren't."

Memories at the back of the drawer

And she joked she told him: "They're just memories now, darling. They're memories. They're at the back of the drawer and they're not coming out." Sharing her own opinions, Alex added: "Honestly, it's so bad."

Dan and Holly, who met working on TV show Ministry of Mayhem, married in the summer of 2007 and share three children together - Harry, 17, Belle, 15, Chester, 11.

Career relaunch with Together

Holly's confession comes almost 30 years after she launched her career as a lingerie model. Now, as she tries to make her way back into television following her This Morning exit, her YouTube channel is rapidly growing.

Her new show has landed her a big windfall thanks to mega money sponsorship deal. In August, the Mirror revealed it was worth a cool £5million.

The former morning TV host and star has relaunched her career with her own twice weekly streaming show called Together. The series, which features interviews, cooking and fashion segments, has now had around 350,000 views in August across its shows and a growing number of subscribers.

A TV source told the Mirror at the time: "Voy paid in the region of £5million to work with Holly on Together. Their contract is with the production company Hungry Bear Media but of course they have bought into Holly and her programme ideas and they think her fans and followers are the kind of people who use their products.

"It's a big money deal for Holly, although lots of that money is tied into making the shows and she is very keen to stress that Together is something she wants to build as a programme in the years to come, hopefully with Voy continuing to be on board as it grows and grows."
