Las Vegas Woman Admits to Bestiality and Child Abuse Videos

A Las Vegas woman has pleaded guilty to charges of bestiality and possession of child sexual abuse material after police discovered more than 150 videos of her abusing her pet dog.

Brennah Montgomery, 31, entered the plea last week to one gross misdemeanour count of bestiality and one felony count of possessing visual depictions of child sexual conduct, according to court records. She faces up to seven years in prison and a $7,000 fine, and will be required to register as a sex offender. Sentencing is scheduled for May 12.

Police arrested Montgomery in May 2024 after finding approximately 153 bestiality videos allegedly showing her with her dog. Five of the videos showed her face, and others depicted her using peanut butter. Montgomery told detectives she engaged in sexual activity with the dog but claimed the animal was not forced.

The investigation began in 2021 after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a Snapchat user sharing illicit content involving a minor. Montgomery initially denied saving child pornography from Telegram but later admitted to sending three videos of child sexual abuse via Snapchat.

Police located the dog during a search warrant in August 2022. On her Facebook page, Montgomery had posted about rehoming a dog named Piper, though it is unclear if it was the same animal.
