According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), the unidentified man exhibited concerning behaviour during the Stuart Christmas parade. His actions and appearance triggered a swift joint response from both the sheriff's office and Stuart Police. Officers moved in quickly to detain the individual before he could proceed further along the parade route.
