Missing Houghton-le-Spring Woman Last Seen Early Tuesday

Northumbria Police are urgently searching for a 46-year-old woman from Houghton-le-Spring who has been missing since the early hours of Tuesday morning. Angela was last seen between 2.45am and 5.40am in the Penshaw area, and officers have been working to locate her for over 10 hours.

Description and Last Known Location

Angela is described as a white woman, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, with black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing teal combat or walking trousers and a black puffer jacket. Police believe, but have not confirmed, that she may have travelled to the Roker or Seaburn areas of Sunderland. Despite this, officers are extending their search efforts widely to reunite Angela with her concerned family.
